Date written: 11/29/25If forgiveness could speak, what would it sayI wonder why we resist forgivenessAre we afraid that forgiving removes our ability to blame someone else for our pain?If we can’t blame them anymore… does that mean we become responsible for healing ourselves?I don’t knowIf forgiveness could speak, what would it say?Would it reveal that withholding forgiveness is a form of self-harm disguised as self-protection?Might it help us see how many relationships, dreams, or versions of ourselves died because we stayed hurt?I wonder if it might share that forgiveness is not a gift you give to the one who hurt you, but a release of the part of you that stayed in the moment you were hurt.orMaybe that forgiveness doesn’t rewrite the past, it rewrites your future.I don’t knowBut if forgiveness could speak it might tell us that forgiving someone doesn’t mean the pain didn’t matter, it means you matter more than the pain.

Date written: 11/28/25If a lie could speak, what would it say?At any moment the truth can appear and erase meIt’s terrifyingHumans often use me to protect themselves or those they care about from their fear of the future.Is this deception rooted in love?Does this mean I am inherently good?I don’t knowBut I often help people cope, grow, feel safeBut I am still seen as something to avoidWhy?When I am believed without questiondo I become a truth?When the truth paralyzes forward progressis it just a lie?I don’t knowBut maybe If people could see the truth their lies protect, they might see the lie wasn’t hiding the truth it was revealing it.
